Plus, when you consider all the costs associated with booking a hotel or Airbnb, renting a car or taxi service, paying for fuel and parking, and paying for meals every day, that could get very EXPENSIVE! Not to mention, you would definitely need a friend or family member to come along to provide care. Therefore, it’s only considerate to pay for their airline ticket plus their food and necessities because they’re coming on your behalf. Medical Supplies Included With Regular Price Booking
All medical supplies are included for free with your stay. You are also welcome to bring extra supplies if you like.

- Maxi Pads (Nothing fancy, no wings)
- Vitamins and Supplements you take
- Slippers/House Shoes
- Things that make you comfy
Prescriptions
Our drivers will be picking up your prescriptions.
- Things needed:
- ID
- Insurance card
- Cash (recommended), credit or debit card
- *Make sure you make arrangements with your bank to allow out-of-town transactions
- We prefer to fill your prescriptions after pre-op if you have them
Airport Transportation: Monday – Sunday:
Please be aware that check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out 11:00am. We get you to the airport at least two hours before your flight. However, if your flight is later in the evening, we will still leave no later then 11:00am to drop you off at the airport. So please adjust your flight accordingly.
Deposit & Payment Procedures
• Deposit- A non-refundable deposit of $250 will be due to reserve.
• Final Payment- Remaining balance is due 1 week before check-in.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the best experience possible for our guest, if you need to cancel your dates please provide email us with documentation with the date. We will gladly change your dates for you without an extra charge. We do understand that things come up such as your surgeon rescheduling your surgery. In certain cases, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule your dates within a 12-month period. This does not apply to no-shows or positive Drug/Nicotine test.
Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving a cancellation or rescheduling notice from your doctor. If you do not provide this information to us within 5 days of the date you are to check in you may incur a $200 rebooking fee. All no call no shows and positive Drug/Nicotine tests will forfeit $250 deposit and will have to pay a $200 deposit to rebook with us. We block out those days and space for you so no one else is able to book for that time. If you know your surgery has been cancelled and you do not notify us or you do not show up, you will be automatically charged $250 thru the system. So please be courteous, properly notify us by sending a copy of the email or letter as soon as you get it from Mia to avoid these charges. Thanks so much for your cooperation!
Refunds
• No refunds will be given for cancelled reservations due to positive nicotine tests or no shows
• Absolutely no refunds for paid nights unused for any reason
• Deposit of $250 is non-refundable but will be held for you to reschedule under certain circumstances.
