Terms and Conditions

Please note that we are not a medical facility, therefore we do not take the place of hospitalization. Our duty is to make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of after surgery. We monitor you thoroughly after your surgery to make sure everything is okay and to get you medical attention if needed.

Most plastic surgeons require a 6 to 7 day stay for Out-of-town patients after certain procedures to rest and make your follow-up appointments. Also, if you rather not impose on friends or family for the post-op assistance, we are a great option.

Your doctor will recommend a certain number of days, according to your procedure, for you to recover. Please book your days accordingly. Any days needed after your invoice check out date, the rate is $350 a night. However, booking extra days depends on availability.

To reserve your date. OTB requires non-refundable deposit of $250 paid on the day of reserving. We do understand that things come up such as your surgeon rescheduling your surgery. In certain cases, we will hold your deposit and you can reschedule your dates within a 9-month period.  This does not apply to no-shows or positive Drug/Nicotine test.

When choosing a pharmacy please keep in mind that we only travel CVS & Walgreens pharmacy within close proximity of the recovery house only. We use the CVS at 2001 E Palm Valley, Round Rock. use the Walgreens at this location 4550 E. Palm Valley, Round Rock.

Pick-up at the airport is during business hours from 11a.m. to 5p.m. Drop- off at the airport is during business hours from 6a.m. to 11a.m. Please note that rush hour traffic begins around 3pm in Austin and could be backed up for about an hour. Please allot yourself time to arrive early enough if you come on your day of pre-op. There may be other dolls coming in around the same time as you as well. So, there may be a short wait before we leave. If you arrive in Austin outside of business hours, please be prepared to catch an Uber or Lyft to the recovery house. We will get you to and from your surgery, post op appointments, massages at the time Mia schedules you, except on your check out day.

Check-in is at 2:00pm (unless you’re coming out of surgery} and our checkout is 11pm. If you need to check-in early or check-out late, there is a surcharge of $60 and it is based upon availability. Please plan your flights accordingly. It is your responsibility to make sure that your post-op appointment/massage is not on your check out date. After check out we will make sure your situated and carefully drive you to the airport for your return flight.

If for any reason you need to cancel please provide documentation with the date. We will gladly change your dates for you without an extra charge. Please let us know within 48 hours after receiving a cancellation or rescheduling notice from your doctor. If you do not provide this information to us within 5 days of the date you are to check in you may incur a $200 rebooking fee. All no call no shows and positive Drug/Nicotine tests will forfeit $250 deposit and will have to pay a $200 deposit to rebook with us. We block out those days and space for you so no one else is able to book for that time. If you know your surgery has been cancelled and you do not notify us or you do not show up, you will be automatically charged $250 thru the system. So please be courteous, properly notify us by sending a copy of the email or letter as soon as you get it from Mia to avoid these charges. Thanks so much for your cooperation!

AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION: Monday – Sunday:

Please be aware that check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out 11:00am. We get you to the airport at least two hours before your flight. However, if your flight is later in the evening, we will still leave no later then 11:00am to drop you off at the airport. So please adjust your flight accordingly. There will be no exceptions.

Food Restrictions:

If you’re on any food restrictions that require us to purchase food that is more expensive than the norm. There will be a $50 change added to your invoice. Please let us know about any food restrictions when booking.

House Policy:

Check in is at 2:00 pm (Unless coming out of surgery)/ Check out is at 11:00 am

* Room needs to be unoccupied by 11:00am*

(Please book your return flight before or around check out time, so you won’t have a long wait at the airport)

If you need to stay after check out time you can lounge around our home, but you will be charged a $60 fee.

Business Hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Mon-Fri. Sat/During the hours of operation, the following schedule for meals and Attendees assistance are:

Order of Assistance:

• Massage

• Shower

• Dressing

• Medication as per doctor’s instruction

HOUSE RULES:

• Respect other patients in the house

• Phones must be on vibration/silent mode.

• Be mindful and respectful of your neighbors while they are resting.

• Maintain shared spaces clean and neat.

* Due to covid-19 virus and sanitation, we do not allow guest to go in and out the kitchen refrigerator. We will gladly take your things and store them for you and get them whenever you need them. There is also a personal refrigerator in your room.
